Unfortunately, you will not able to control multiple pieces of TPS61195 through single SMBus, since the address of TPS61195 is fixed.

Assuming the customer SMBus has enough driven current and ignore the acknowledge signal from TPS61195, the multiple pieces of TPS61195 might be controlled together with same command. But you will not able to read the register from any of TPS61195.

One possible approach is to use a SMBus/I2C switches to control the SMBus signal direction.

Unfortunately, no. Maybe a part like PCA9548A or other from the family would work?
