REF3325: minimum input Voltage

My customer has the following question:

In the Absolute Maximum Ratings table of REF3325AIRSER datasheet, the minimum input voltage is blank. What is the minimum input voltage for this part? I'm hoping it is -0.5V or less.

I will look into this. It is an older device so it might take some digging around.

Hi Aaron,

We do not have the internal data for this device but it should be -0.3V due to the internal diodes. I would not go below -0.3V.
