BQ40Z60: BQ40Z60: why at the end of charge/discharge, FCC/RC will jump?

I discharge it by 3A load and 8A load, both of them will have FCC/RC jump at the end of discharge/charge. Does it cause by SOH not update? Our design capacity is 10.4Whr, and according to the V*I*t integration data, the full charge capacity should be 7-8Whr, which means SOH should be 70%-80%. however, our SOH is still 100%. so I suspect FCC/RC jump are caused by SOH not update? or other reason?
