TPS2120: TPS212x alternative with lower Iq?

Hi Team,

I am looking for an alternative to TPS212x with a lower Iq.

Customer would like to power the product with either 4xAA Batteries (6.4V), 4xA Akkus (5.2V) or via USB (4.5-5.5V).

When the device is powered via USB the batteries should be switched off to save charge. Voltage needs to be boosted for clean switching of the Fets.

Low Iq is crucial.

    Hi Stefan,

    At this time, the only low voltage (and thereby lower Iq) PMUX offerings are the TPS211xA devices like TPS2115A and TPS2113A. 

    The limiting factor is the operating voltage as a 6.4V supply will have to use TPS212x devices.
