LM43603: Strange ringing on switch node 12V in 3.3V out load 0.1A

Hi,

I am using an LM43603 to go 12V to 3.3V at light loads,   I can see the bottom FET is turning off for part of the cycle, when it turns off there switch node then rings for a number of  cycles, peak voltage is a significant percentage of the supply (over half!). Any suggestions on how to reduce this ringing? I am willing to share design details directly with TI
