LM317L-N: DSBGA Package Dimensions

Hi,

I am having trouble finding the dimensions of the YPB package. The drawing on-line had the dimensions labeled "D" and "E" but these dimensions are never defined.

Can you point me to the correct drawing for this package with the dimensions?

For some reason, it's not in the current datasheet, and this should be fixed the next time when we refresh the datasheet.

Hi Jason,

This is the drawing I found by clicking on the package designator on the product page. Unless I'm missing it, dimensions D and E are still not defined in this drawing.

Hi Sal,

Because the dimensions on a WCSP are basically the die dimensions, and this can vary from device to device in the same pin/pkg combination due to the device-specific details (scribe width, bump process, saw method, etc) the drawing here will always be represented as a generic size, with no dimensions in D and E.
