My customer is examining the use of this part to drive FETs which were connected in parallel keeping high speed operation.
But they need more drive capability of FET driver to meet their system requirement.
- is there any method to increase the drive current capability under keeping the several ten ns delay on UCC5304(several ten ns)?
- Is it possible to connect two UCC5304s in parallel to increase drive capability? In this case, Is it possible for two UCC5304s to achieve synchronized operation?
- Is there any other best solution with larger drive capability keeping the delay in several ten ns?
