Dear Sirs

Section 8.2.2.2, K_FLR (Coil Selection Constant) = 200, What is this referring to and what is the range?

K_FLR I'm trying to keep the I_{out ripple} and V_{out ripple} down, so I’d like to increase the inductance. Does the K_FLR have something to do with the slope compensation, loop response and stability?

Hello,

The optimum KFLR = 200 for slope compensation is to prevent sub-harmonic oscillation in continuous mode. It also help entering PFM mode is discontinuous mode when the load decrease to 1% of the nominal load. It is important to keep KFLR = 200 for optimal performance under all conditions.
