I am about to make power supply described in subject TIDA
Can anyone help me with MOSFET picking up ? The one used in reference design which is SW4N65K seems is not available from any supplier.
I have picked one IPD60R950C6ATMA1 but not sure which parameters are crucial to consider when looking for alternatives.
