UC2856-Q1: push pull in open loop

Hello,

one of my customer would design a push-pull with spec below:

• Pout=2W
• Vout=25V
• Vin=16V +/-3% (=Vcc driver driver push pull)
• other: support open loop voltage 

i found UC2856 as an option but i don't know if it does support open loop.

Also, may you have alternative to recommend, feel free.
