Hi Team,
I found the following formula in the datasheet P42.
VSPIKE (absolute) = VIN + ILOAD x (LIN / CIN) ^ 1/2
How can I find the value of LIN?
Can I think of CIN as 0.1uF?
Best Regards,
Kenji

Hi Kenji,
Keep the eFuse in OFF state and use a known value of CIN, for example 0.1uF. Then hot-plug the supply source and measure the frequency of oscillations.
Fosc= 1/[2*pi*sqrt(LIN.CIN)] can be used to find value of LIN.
