Hi,
My understanding is that there is no issue of the following two cases of Power-up/down. Is it correct? Please advise us. If no, please let us know the recommendation.
Case1:
Power-up :VDD→VLDOIN,VDDQSNS→S5(VTTREF)→S3(VTT)
Power-down : ：S3(VTT)→S5(VTTREF)→VLDOIN,VDDQSNS→VDD
S3, S5 : same timing is also OK.
Case2:
Power-up :VDD,S5(VTTREF),S3(VTT)→VLDOIN,VDDQSNS
Power-down : VDD,S5(VTTREF),S3(VTT)→VLDOIN,VDDQSNS
