Hi Team,

What's the maximum output voltage when using cascading structure?

Customer spec:

VIN = 5V

Vout = 15V @ 30mA

What's the alternative solution? What's the suggestion for cap C1/C2/C3 and Cout? Please provide capacitor/rating/size.

    Hello Shaq,

    The voltage difference from the OUT to GND pin is still 11.6V abs max, so in total I recommend to stay below 11V+VIN as GND is connected to VIN. 

    The capacitor selection is for the cascaded solution the same as for the simple voltage doubler. This information can be found in the datasheet on p.10.
