TPS63030: logic signal input voltage

Hello E2E,

Please let me know about maximum input voltage of EN and PS/SYNC.
If the EN and PS / SYNC input signals are externally input and the VIN is lost, the voltage of the input signal will be higher than the VIN.
Can TPS63030 tolerate that condition?

VIN=0V
EN and PS/SYNC=5V

Hi Acguy:

I have checked it based on EVM. The IC is safe in this case with voltage still below the absolute maximum rating.

One thing I should note is : If I short the Vin to ground, and give 5V on EN pin, there will be some leakage current. The value is around 5uA and larger than the current if short EN to GND or VINA.
