It's show "The device&topology is not supported for output power greater than 100W in WEBENCH" after run WEBENCH
and What can I do
My dc-dc converter specification is:
Input :DC 385V~DC830V
Output : DC 150V 3A =450W
What is your suggestion?
Hello,
Generally for greater than 250W you would go with a forwarded converter instead of fly back converter due to the high RMS currents.
Your input range is roughly 2 to 1 so that is not a problem.
How about a 2 switch forwarded using the UCC28C42. If you need help designing please start a new thread with UCC28C42 in the title so we can assign the correct TI applications engineer to help you with the design.
