Can a voltage be applied to input pins before the supply voltage is up?

I am afraid of a latch-up scenario.

Thanks for reaching out.

The proper power sequence should be as follow: VCC then IN signal to prevent forward biasing the internal ESD cells.

Power down sequence: INx followed by VCC.

This is applicable for all our drivers.

What if the in In signal is supplied through a week pull up around 20K?

This would still violate the proper start sequence and we cannot be totally confident that the device will work as intended.
