TPS650861: How to convert OTP data to .hex

Hi support team,

We use the Excel tool to create the OTP data for the prototype as per the manual.
For mass production, we ask an OTP writing company.

Intel hex (.hex) is required as the data format to be passed to the OTP writing company.
Please let me know how to convert to Intel hex (.hex).

Hi Dice-K,

I am not familiar with Intel Hex format, but the OTP generation tool in Excel has an output tab (the "Script Generator" tab) that provides the register values in Hex as well as all of the register and I2C addresses. Using this it seems like you should be able to copy that information into any specific format needed.
