TL7705A: GND short for CT pin

Hi,

Is there a possibility that TL7705A will be damaged if the tantalum capacitor which is connected between CT pin and GND fails and CT pin is shorted to GND?
Is my understanding correct that TL7705A will not be damaged since the constant current source is connected to CT pin?
