LM5112-Q1: Latch Up from input pin

Hi 

in case a voltage applied on the input pin trough 20K pull up resistor before VDD is supplied to the IC.

Can it cause a latch-up? the current is very low ~0.15uA

or any other issue with the IC?

    Hello,

    Though 0.15uA is insignificant to trigger the ESD cell on input stage, as previously discussed on the separate thread, the driver IC may (may not) operate according to the datasheet specifications. Our drivers are evaluated within the recommended operating conditions including following the proper power sequencing.
