TPS23754: tps23754 design problem

     I used tps23754 to design a POE function board, isolated output DC12V.

     Because I also need a DC24V adapter in,  according to document slva306a ,I select option2   .however ,in this case ,only DC33V+ can works normal ,out12V .  IF adapter=24V ,the output is only 8V..

    So how to change my design to meet out request?

    Hello,

    You need to use the TPS23756 or TPS23730 that has PPD which enables lower turn on voltages. Please review their reference designs and EVM's.
