UC3865: ZCS Topology

Hi 

My customer looking for ZCS Topology and IC, which I recommend UC3865 for reference,

But the Op Temp only 0 to 70, who need 125C solution.

Can TI support ZCS reference design any there has any new IC solution for ZCS?

    Rock,

    The newest resonant mode converter (for LLC) is the UCC256402. Has the customer reviewed this device? This is ZVS topology for high efficiency and protects against ZCS conditions for high reliability. 

    Has the customer reviewed this device?

    For lower power, high efficiency ZVS controllers they can also look at UCC28782 and UCC28780 Active Clamp Flyback.
