TPS1HA08-Q1: Do you have LTspice model?

Thank you very much for reaching out. Unfortunately, we do not have LTSpice models for these devices. However, the models provided for the devices on our website are unencrypted PSpice models. I believe the unencrypted PSpice model can be adjusted to simulate on LTSpice.
