There are no differences between the G4 and non-G4 suffix devices. These devices are an exact equivalent in every way.
Initially the G4 suffix part number was created during the RoHS conversion process to differentiate between RoHS/REACH compliant devices (ending with G4 suffix) and the non RoHS/REACH compliant devices. This was done ~20 years ago, however, and both part numbers have now been converted to the RoHS/REACH compliant bill of materials (BOM). You can verify the material content is the exact same between the 2 devices using TI's Material content reports (see links below).
