Hi,

The picture below shows the peripheral circuit of BQ294701, I would like to ask if the 10cell uses the three IC serial connection method to make it correct.

Hi,

Each device will operate independently. Please make sure that the voltages on each of the devices is correct. Each OUT pin should be connected to a FET for protections. I do not see any issues with this circuit at this time.
