TPS65563A: Recommended IGBT

Hi All,

I have a question about TPS65563A.

When using an IGBT, it needs to be driven by 5V.
What is the recommended 5V drive IGBT?

The IGBT installed in the TPS65560 EVM is Renesas' RJP4002ASA.
However, RJP4002ASA is EOL. I'm looking for another product.

Is the IGBT_VCC terminal an input power supply?

IGBT_VCC is described as Output, but is it Input?

Hi Ishiwata,

That pin was used to deliver the power supply for the internal driver circuit which was used to drive the external IGBT. It can be usually connected to the VCC as well.

IGBT_VCC is described as Output, but is it Input?

O(output) is listed instead of I(input).

You are right, that should be an input pin, so it should be re-c0rrect to "I". Sorry for this mistake.
