Datasheet: RoHS compliant.

RoHS Exempt: TI defines "RoHS Exempt" to mean products that contain lead but are compliant with EU RoHS pursuant to a specific EU RoHS exemption.

Can you support details on this specific EU RoHS exemption ?

Needed for discussion & application UL approval.

    Thanks for the interest in our MOSFETs.

    The CSD19537Q3 uses Pb as the solder die attach, which is common for many power MOSFETs. The devices are RoHS compliant taking exemption 7a, which allows for high Pb content solders to be used. There is no Pb external to the package. As TI is taking exemption 7a to be compliant to RoHS, we call the devices RoHS exempt.
