Hi Team,

Would you help us to get the output capacitor (Coss) and input capacitor (Ciss) of internal switch MOSFET for LM536023QPWPTQ1?

Customer need the output capacitor of MOSFET as the parasitic capacitor and then estimate RC snubber.

    Larry,

    These internal parameters are not typically specified for the device. Please contact me directly at jarrigo@ti.com for more details.

    These parameters are are only part of the capacitance at the SW node and it also depends on the PCB parasitics.

    The best way to design the snubber it to put a place holder for the snubber components on the PCB and measure the actual ringing frequency and then calculate the required snubber values.
