regarding this topic:

I don't think this is clearly documented in the datasheet. In chapter 7.3.8, the feature description for the UCC29002 is contradicting and it mentions a part UCC29001 that does not seem to exist.

    Hello,

    I reviewed the data sheet and the only difference that I can find is the packaging.

    The UCC29002-1 comes in a VSSOP(8) while the UCC29002 comes in a SOIC(8) and the UCC39002 comes in a PDIP(8).

    Besides the packaging electrically the devices are the same according to the data sheet.
