TPS62590: TPS62590 100% duty cycle issue

Hi E2E,

I got a strange issue about TPS62590, step down converter. Here below my circuit: 

Vin = 5 V and I set feedback network in order to get Vout = 3.3V.

My issue is that the converter shows a 100% duty cycle (does not start to switch), even if the feedback pin is above to 0.6V (0.908V at Vin=5V) and Vout=Vin.

Do you have any suggestions about that.
