Design can not be create by webench.Please let us know the reason.

Hello Kura,

You can not use this device at these conditions as the max duty cycle is 65%. You need to either increase VIN or reduce VOUT.

can you please provide yout spec and care about? I can direct you to the right device that can support 6.2Vin, and 5Vo.
