I want to use driver LM27222 for a bidirectional boost converter control. I am checking the Application Example in the datasheet and I see that the high-side and the low-side recommended MOSFETs are both N-channel but different in reference. Why is that? Would it be possible to use two equal N-channel MOSFETs to reduce costs?
