Just wondering if a FF cap is needed for this part?

I don't see it from datasheet reference design. Please clarify.

Hi,

No a feed-forward cap (Cff) is not required for TPS74801.

It can help improve transient response, PSRR, and Noise, we have an app note on the pros and cons of using a Cff with an LDO if you are interested in learning more.
