Hi Team,

Do you have any pin-to-pin device for TPS76733 both from performance and cost aspects?

Application is 5V to 3.3V, 1A load, need enable pin and SOIC-8 package.

How about TLV767? TLV76733DGNR is in the SOIC-8 with thermal pad and enable pin.

Thanks your reply. I find TLV767xx DGNR part is HVSSOP rather than SOIC8 package. Do you have any further suggestion?

Hi Tess,

My apologizes. You are correct, TLV767 is in similar HVSSOP package and not necessarily the SOIC8 package. TPS768 would be an option with SOIC + enable. TLV767 would be a more modern solution.
