Can you have more detail about these features?

Hi Frank,

For the overcurrent protection, the internal current source will sense the output current and when it will trigger OCP protection when the output current is over 35mA;

For over-temperature protection, it will shutdown when it triggered the over-temperature point.

I want to know the value of over-temperature point.

BTW, Can we setting the temperature for the over-temperature point?Or it's auto setting from the IC!?

Hi Frank.

The over-temperature point is about 165C for the internal junction. It is fixed with some variation as shown on the datasheet on page 5. You can't adjust it by yourself.
