I have a question about operating junction temperature of s Buck Converter.

Do we have any solution can meet operating junction temperature is 135 °C ?

    Please see below list of devices that can potentially support application (Tj > 125 deg. C).

    1. TPS62000SHKK (Tamb = -55 to 210 deg. C)

    2. TPS50301-HT (–55°C to 210°C)

    3. TPS62110-HT (Tamb = -55 to 175 deg. C)

    4. TPS54362-HT (Tamb = -55 to 175 deg. C)
