Did you try creating a design using WEBENCH? The tool gives me a 1.2uH inductor. Any specific reason for choosing a 2.2uH inductor?
Below is the WEBENCH design. You will need to optimize based on your load transient requirement.

Hi,
12Vin-5Vout-800KHz, using 2.2uH inductor is okay.
1. Recommend to change the PG pull up resistor from 1K to 10K.
2. For FB resistors, to improve efficiency at very light load consider using large value resistor, too high resistance will be more susceptible to noise. So recommend the R1+R2 value setting to 10K, PR72 setting to 73.4K.
3. Recommend PC100 welding.

There is some difference between your simulation parameter and my design:
1. The Mode pin resistors setting value.
2. The FB pin resistors setting value.
3. The PC 100 value.
4. The SS pin serial cap value.

1. There is a pull up 10k at the other side.
2. I'll modify the resistors value from your recommand.
3. Stuff PC100 now!
