The TPS23730 supports up to Class 6 power levels (60W from PSE and 51W at the PD input).
For Class 8 power levels (90W from PSE and 71W at the PD input), the TPS2373-4 or TPS2372-4 are recommended.

On a high level, the TPS2372 is recommended for non-isolated designs whereas the TPS2373 is recommended for isolated designs. This is because the advanced startup feature in the TPS2373 is only applicable for isolated designs.
