TPS61073: SW voltage waveform overshoot

Part Number: TPS61073

I am using the TPS61073 to generate a 5V out from a 3.0V input.

The SW voltage waveform is overshoot and exceed the absolute maximum rating.

Is this a problem?

If there is a problem, are there any countermeasures?

R40:909kΩ,R41:100kΩ

Vin:3.0V

This layout has been confirmed by TI.

Hi Yuki:

It's better to exchange the position of the two output capacitance. But the risk is not very large.

What's two output capsitance?

output capacitance is only one of C23.
