CSD87352Q5D: Need few details for EM simulation

Hi TI,
This is Darshan from Intel, we were carrying out EM simulation for which we wanted few details of CSD87352Q5D mosfet.

Have attached a sample of BJT technical details as an example .

We want carry out similar kind of a simulation on CSD87352Q5D mosfet .
Can TI help us with few technical details of CSD87352Q5D mosfet .

    Thanks for your interest in TI FETs. TI does not support COMSOL models. However, we do provide unencrypted PSpice models for our discrete and power block FETs in the product folder on TI.com. Below is a link to the model for the CSD87352Q5D. I believe many of the parameters you are requesting are included in the PSpice model. Please review and let me know if this model works for your purposes. If not, I will need to work with our team to get you this information. Please note, this is a multichip module and includes both the high side and low side FET die in the package.

    Thank you so much for your reply and also for sharing the spice model but we wanted to build a 3D model .

    Is there anything with TI that can contribute to the 3D model of the given mosfet CSD87352Q5D .

    We are trying to use this model with other circuit components to build a DC-DC converter and analyze the whole ckt using the EM tool and for this simulation mosfet plays a very important role.

    Any kind of 3D model will help us to model the switch CSD87352Q5D precisely .

    I sent you a friend request. After you accept it, we can communicate outside of e2e. The only 3D model I am aware of is a STEP model for the package. This probably not what you're looking for but I am including links below for your information.
