Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TPS55340,
Hi there,
I am currently using the TPS55340 to drive my audio amplifier with the following criterions:
Vin = 3 ~ 5V (Battery or USB supply input)
Vout = 12V to audio amp to drive 5W rated 4 ohm SPK, 10W peak.
Could the TPS61288 provides a better efficiency as compared to the TPS55340 when it is running at full load (5W SPK) and during lighter load drawing around (2W) ?
From the spec, it seems like the TPS61288 could only deliver around 3.5A for 13V output with 3.6V input?
If you have any other better recommendation based on the above, please let me know.
