TPS3813: Junction temperature

Hi Renan,

For this device we specify TA instead of Tj to allow customers to use the device in a higher TA.

If you need a Tj you can use the TA value because the device does not consume high power so you can assume Ta=Tj.

So TA max is 85C which can be understood as Tj (max) = ~85C
