Hi,

Can MODE pin controlled after the device is powered up? Back and force between FPWM and PFM dynamically during the device operation. Thank you.

    Hi Oguri,

    It is recommended to not leave the Mode pin floating and if you planning to control it with an external signal then I would not expect a critical issue. Could you share how are you planning to control it? 

    However, you can select the mode pin as auto mode so when there is a load device goes into PWM and for the remaining time it will stay in  PWM mode.

    Hi Tanvee,

    The customer want the circuit in CCM (FPWM) when the system is active even though the load current is, say 1mA. While, when the system is in sleep, the circuit is in PFM. Thank you.
