Previsously, i wrote this post to know if there is any way to disable relax state using BQ27441-G1A.
following your suggestion(by setting the quit current as 0 to ignore relax state), the DSG flag is always at 0 even if average current is equal to -149 mA. (see more details below on 1.png)
But when setting Quit current register to 2000 (which is greater than the maximum value), the DSG flag is set when average current is equal to -34mA. (see more details below on 2.png)
Following this results, it sems that when setting quit current register to 2000, the relax state is disabled. Do you confirm that ?
