    Hi Kuramochi-san,

    Thanks for your interest in TI FETs. TI ran intermittent operating lifetime (IOL) on a similar FET size in the same package. Testing summary: 10k cycles with 2min on and 2min off on 231 units (3 lots of 77 units each) with no fails. The temperature delta was 100C. This is the only data that we have.
