Could you kindly let me know the junction to ambient thermal resistance of TPS543620?

It appears two numbers in DS. What is the right number to provide to customer? And what's the difference between JEDEC version and TI EVM version?

Hi Ella,

The RthetaJA depends heavily on PCB layout. and in general the EVM is closer to what will be seen in a real application. The JEDEC standard layout has a very minimal amount of copper and I would be surprised if a real design had this high of thermal resistance.
