    Hi, Gabriel

    The waveform shows SR turn on a minimum on time . that is caused by long leakage inductance reset time and Lk resonant with Coss.

    Here are some recommendation for solving this issue:

    1. Reduce leakage inductance

    2. Rise clamp voltage on snubber circuits : Increase snubber resistor which is parallel with Cclamp . and minor decrease Cclamp

    3. Choose a MOSFET which have small COSS

    4. Use standard diode to replace the Ultra/Fast recovery diode for more stronger damping to the leakage inductance resonant with COSS.

    The waveform shows SR turn on at the minimum on time . I believe this is still the same problem when you first time asked this question.

    Did you have try my proposals one by one, and compared the waveform before and after implemented the solutions ?

    I think I have detailed explained the root cause and solutions to your customer through the conference call . why the same question asked again and  the waveform give less information compared with last time .

    Please firstly align with customer then share more detailed information , in this way we can help you and customer to fix this issue more effectively .
