Does TI have a RAD HARD version for TPS62143 (RAD300)?

Hi Ramin,

TI does not have a radiation hardened version of TPS62143. The closest device we have to offer is the TPS50601A-SP. This is a 6A, up to 7V DC/DC converter, rated to 100krad TID and 75 MeV SEE.
