Hi Team,

My customer is using CSD87334Q3D and would like to know is there AC transciant spec. for parameters of TG to TGR and BG to PGND like Infeneon's spec. shown below?

    Hi Team,

    One more question, customer also want to know why the absolute max. rating of Tg to Tgr and Bg to Pgnd changed from -8V to -0.3V?

    Hi Vincent,

    Thanks for the inquiry. TI does not spec transient abs max limits in the CSD87334Q3D datasheet. The spec was changed from -8V to -0.3V due to an error. This device has a single-ended ESD diode from gate to source and if  VGS exceeds the forward voltage drop of the diode it will conduct and clamp the voltage. The value of -0.3V is low enough so the ESD diode does not become forward biased.
