BQ24610: BQ24610 terminate current not correct

My customer design the schematic with BQ24610 to charge 3 Li-ion cells.

The schematic as below:

Set the terminate current 300mA,but the actually found that the terminate current is 150mA.

How to improve this problem？

Hi Star,

How are you measuring the termination current? Is there load attached in parallel with the battery that could be pulling 150mA but that is not being measured?

The battery does not parallel load. the customer used BQ40Z50 log the date and found this problem.

Hi Star,

Can your customer measure the voltage across the SRN/SRP pin just before termination? Also, can your customer monitor the voltage at SRN and SRP and the charger current on an oscope just before termination?
