Part Number: CSD19537Q3

Dear Team,

Customer's circuit spec is follow below

Vin 54V, Iout = 1.2A

Package: DFN 3*3

Vds: 100V

Vgs(th):  smaller than 3.3V

Rds(on): 26mΩ↓ (Vgs=10V) as figure

             38mΩ↓ (Vgs=4.5V) as figure

Do we have any suitable solution for customer?

    Hi Jimmy,

    Thanks for promoting TI FETs at your customer. All of our 100V FETs have on resistance specified down to a minimum VGS = 6V. None have on resistance specified at VGS = 4.5V. Customer must drive the gate with at least 6V. We cannot guarantee on resistance with VGS < 6V and do not recommend operating the FET with VGS < 6V. The CSD19537Q3 is much lower on resistance, 14.5mOhm max, at VGS = 10V.
